Katy Wolda (M.S., CPTD)
Engaging, stimulating communicator, poised and capable, with initiatives and competitive drive to get things done. I am a servant leader approaching challenges holistically through open-minded collaboration and recognition of each individual contribution. I am a life-long learner and received my Certified Professional in Talent Developments. With this certification, my goal is to Maximize Human Potential through coaching, mentoring, training delivery & facilitation, change management and building a learning culture.
Where is Wolda was created following my passion to help professionals learn, grow, identify their strengths, and deploy them to bring them and their organizations success. I use my thorough background in communications, coaching, consulting, and teaching to develop employees and teams to their maximum ability. My deep expertise in communications - including strategy development, internal and external communications, employee engagement, reputation management and more - provides an important lens for future communications, talent development and organizational development roles.

Experience as a special education teacher
Experience in different managerial, leadership and training positions in various companies in the automotive industry.
(18 years with Autonation, largest automobile company in the usa and Cars.com for 4 years)
22 Years
She has worked a majority of her time at AutoNation ( Automotive), where she held different positions in management, with the most recent one being the Director of Talent Development
Currently, she is running her consulting firm, where she offers training delivery and facilitation, coaching, mentoring and change management aimed at helping people to maximize their performance
