ABOUT OUR SERVICES
I am thrilled to announce that I launched my company "Where is Wolda, maximizing human performance", to follow my passion in helping professionals learn, grow, identify their strengths, and deploy them to bring them and their organizations' success. I use my thorough background in communications, coaching, consulting, and teaching to develop employees and teams to their maximum ability.
I am a life-long learner and just received my Certified Professional in Talent Developments. I am a certified DiSC instructor and have also undertaken several post-secondary education courses in adult learning, sales and communication.
I will be partnering with several professionals to combine our talents to facilitate virtually or in person. My main focus within the group will be to support building a learning culture, coaching with an Individual Development Plan, mentoring, changing management, reviewing DiSC profiles.

Recommendations
I worked with Katy at AutoNation and she facilitated the DISC Assessment for our team (group of 15). We had team members that were in-person and virtual. Katy did an amazing job in explaining the different DISC profiles and had great activities for us to really learn our different work styles. Katy was able to keep everyone engaged, in-person and virtually! She is a great facilitor and we all enjoyed the session very much!
